Our Summer Speed and Strength sessions are 90 minutes long. During the session, we get an active warm-up, speed, and agility work for the first half of the session. Then we head into the weight room and work on power development, strength, core, and other movements to keep the body balanced. We finish off with some type of recovery work to have them ready for the next session.
We typically see results of dropping 0.2 on the athlete’s 20yd dash and add 2″+ on their vertical jump. A coach will lead the session and provide corrective feedback on the lifts and runs to build confidence in the weight room.
