WISCONSIN SPORTS PERFORMANCE
Wisconsin Sports Performance is located in Menomonee Falls is a new gym to help local athletes and adults reach their highest athletic potential. Wisconsin Sports Performance provides residents with athletic performance sessions, personal training, return to play training and team training. Our gym prides itself on the results earned by the individuals using the programs that are backed by science while providing patrons with a well-designed and attractive gym facility.
Our Staff

Stephen Linzmeier
Stephen (aka Linz) is the owner of Wisconsin Sports Performance LLC. He has a MBA from Lincoln Memorial University (TN) and a Bachelor of Science in Fitness from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Linz is certified by the NSCA as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, USA-W Level 1 Sport Coach.
Linz has worked with over 2,000 athletes with over 10 years of experience at the collegiate level with stops at Butler University, University of Indianapolis, and Lincoln Memorial University along with a stop at Brookfield East High School.

Tim Moore
Coach Tim joins us after a few years in the private sector. He also had stops at Marquette University and UW-La Crosse.
Tim has a degree in Exercise and Sports Science from UW-Green Bay. He brings the experience of building great athletes.

Hannah Mertens
Originally from Hartford, Hannah brings a wealth of experience and a true passion for helping individuals achieve their peak physical potential. As the Director of Sports Performance at RedLine Athletics, Hannah led a team of personal trainers, developed personalized training programs, and designed specialized programs for athletes. Earlier in her career, as a Front Desk and Personal Trainer at D1 Sports Training, she instructed clients on proper exercise techniques and implemented innovative training methods. Hannah’s dedication to understanding individual needs and her experience in developing effective training regimens make her a valuable asset to our team.
Beyond her professional skills, Hannah is an avid runner who understands the importance of mobility and recovery in achieving athletic goals. Her previous roles highlight her leadership abilities and commitment to providing high-quality instruction and motivation. With her diverse skillset and genuine enthusiasm, Hannah is a fantastic addition to our team and is eager to help you optimize your performance and well-being.
