What We Do In This Class:
Small group training at Wisconsin Sports Performance gives you a personalized program built around your goals, with the added motivation of training alongside 1–3 others. Every session is coached — not just supervised — so you get the technique correction and accountability of personal training at a fraction of the cost.
Whether you are an adult looking to build strength, improve mobility, and feel better in your daily life, or a parent who wants to train while your athlete is in session, small group training fits your schedule and your goals.
What Makes Our Small Group Training Different
This is not a generic group fitness class where everyone does the same cookie-cutter workout. Your program is built specifically for you based on your goals, your fitness level, and any limitations you are working around. Your coach writes your program, adjusts it as you progress, and coaches you through every session.
With a maximum of 4 people per session, you get real attention from your coach. Every rep is watched, every set is purposeful, and every session moves you closer to your goals.
What a Typical Session Looks Like
Warm-Up and Movement Prep — Targeted mobility work and activation drills based on your individual needs, not a one-size-fits-all warm-up.
Strength Training — Compound and accessory movements programmed for your goals, whether that is building muscle, losing fat, improving athletic performance, or simply getting stronger and more confident in the gym.
Conditioning — Tailored energy system work that matches your fitness level and goals, from heart health and endurance to high-intensity fat loss training.
Cool-Down and Recovery — Stretching, mobility, and recovery work to keep you healthy and moving well between sessions.
Who Is Small Group Training For
Small group training is a great fit for adults of all fitness levels who want expert coaching and a program that is actually built for them. It works especially well for parents who want to train during their athlete’s session, adults who are new to strength training and want to learn proper form, anyone coming back from an injury or working around limitations, and people who have tried big-box gyms and want something more personal and effective.
