What we do in this class:
Our Athletic Performance class is for individuals between the ages of 12-18 years old. The program is backed by science and years of experience to help the individuals:
- Improve their ability to produce force and velocity in the correct directions for their sport;
- Learn how to use their strength for efficient timing resulting in faster acceleration;
- Improve top speed mechanics, higher verticals, & better change of direction.
Our workouts consist of a
- Warm-Up
- Speed Work: Sprint technique, first step quickness, top end speed
- Explosive Strength: Jumps, plyometrics, medicine ball throws
- Absolute Strength: Bodyweight and external loads are used
- Mobility Work

3:00pm, 3:30pm and 4:30pm
