Athletic Performance Training for Youth Athletes in Menomonee Falls
Wisconsin Sports Performance’s Athletic Performance program is built for athletes ages 8–18 who are ready to take their game to the next level. Whether your athlete plays football, basketball, soccer, baseball, volleyball, track, swimming, lacrosse, or any other sport, this program develops the speed, strength, power, and agility that translate directly to game-day performance.
Every session is built on science-backed programming developed by NSCA-certified coaches with over 15 years of collegiate strength and conditioning experience. This isn’t a generic group fitness class — it’s structured athletic development with individualized coaching in a small group setting.
What Your Athlete Will Work On Every Session
Each Athletic Performance session follows a structured format designed to develop every aspect of athleticism:
Warm-Up and Movement Prep — Dynamic stretching, activation drills, and mobility work to prepare the body for high-intensity training and reduce injury risk.
Speed Development — Sprint mechanics, first-step quickness, acceleration technique, and top-end speed training. Athletes learn how to get faster through proper body positioning and force production, not just running more.
Explosive Power — Plyometrics, medicine ball throws, and jump training that build the reactive strength athletes need for cutting, jumping, and changing direction in competition.
Strength Training — Age-appropriate strength programming using bodyweight and external loads. Athletes build functional strength that transfers to their sport while learning proper lifting technique in a coached environment.
Mobility and Recovery — Targeted cool-down work that improves flexibility, reduces soreness, and keeps athletes healthy through their competitive season.

The Athletic Performance program is designed for youth and high school athletes ages 8–18 in any sport. Whether your athlete is just getting started with structured training for the first time, preparing for high school tryouts, building strength for their varsity season, or developing a college-ready body, our coaches meet every athlete where they are and build them up from there.
This program is a great fit for athletes who want to get faster for their fall sport, build strength and confidence heading into tryouts, stay sharp and improve between seasons, develop the physical foundation that prevents injuries, and train in a competitive environment with other motivated athletes.
